The aim of this bachelor’s thesis are issues of condensing boilers in theoretical part. The computational part solves design of heating and hot water in residential building in Kyjov. The four-floor residential building is situated in slightly bulit-up area. It consists of 9 flats for 24 persons. The heat source for this building is a gas condensing boiler. The heating surface consist of steel panel radiators, tubular heaters and convectors.

Three-storey multifunctional house is situated on the outskirts of the city. It contains a total of 4 apartments and 8 office spaces for 64 people. The source of heat for the object is gas condensing boilers. The heating surfaces are plate radiators, tubular heating of the body.
